The clouds look fake?

The clouds out my window look weird and blurry... it's sorta hard to explain. They almost look like they were painted in the sky. They're also really low in the sky and sorta grey, but it's sunny outside. anyone know what kind of clouds these are? I've never seen them before in my life.The clouds look fake?
