What do you think of this poem?

This is for my English assignment. It's about paradise. I'm open to any constructive criticism (it would actually be very helpful) I would also like a good title...hope you like it :)







Sparkling, vibrant blue waves teasing the shore

Calm, fresh, and tranquil

When the rays of the gleaming Sun hit my face

I feel warm and content



I look out over the shimmering sea

And I see stunning dolphins

Jumping, diving

Splashing, thriving



As I walk on the beach

I feel the sand separating my toes

The relaxing smell of the ocean

Makes me feel like I鈥檓 drifting out to sea



As I stroll across the terrain

I try to take in all the beauty

My surroundings are breathtaking

And I gaze and stare with awe



My eyes fall on the line of the horizon

And I see something in the distance

I am no longer looking upon the glistening waters

And a beautiful grassland is emerging



The sky is as clear as an empty glass

Without a cloud in sight

I linger under the shade of the towering trees

And the grass is speckled with dew



I hear the chirp of a tiny canary

And I spot the branch it rests upon

It starts to make its beautiful music

And its blissful melody buzzes through the air



I run down the hillside

That has a colour of marvellous, green emeralds

And I feel as light as a feather

As I become embraced by the wind



I look around the elegant paddock

And I see majestic creatures

I watch them graze in the grass

I have never felt so at peace



Everything is so familiar

This is where I belong

My heart is embedded in every object

As though I am part of the landscape



A place to escape from life鈥檚 burdens

To get away from your stresses

This place is it鈥檚 own world

A world better than any other



What I feel cannot be described

It鈥檚 a place so magical

This place is paradise

wow, that's just.... wow! i can see everything so clearly in my mind! it would be cool to have that place as a home! you should call it home sweet home or something of sweet paradise. hope this helps!What do you think of this poem?
