not all thunder clouds produce lightning. when the conditions that have caused the rubbing inside the cloud to happen have died down there will still be charged clouds in the sky. explain what happens to the charge that is left in a cloud after the storm has died down.What happens to charge left in a cloud after a storm dies down?
