In the episode "Super Twins", when Zack is saving Maddie [Ashley Tisdale], Maddie wears this shirt which is full of clouds that are smiling. It is a dark blue shirt. I have not seen the episode, but it sounds a lot like a shirt made by Junkfood (its a clothing brand).

It was kind of navy and had tons of little white clouds on it smiling.



I know they used to sell it at Delias, but it's not on their website anymore.
