What dose it mean when there is a perfect cloud circle around the moon?

me and my friend saw it about 3 years ago and wanted to know what it ment do any of you know please respondWhat dose it mean when there is a perfect cloud circle around the moon?
Often such a ring around the moon or sun means rainy or snowy weather is on the way. The ring itself is made up of high-altitude ice crystals. Each crystal acts like a tiny prism that reflects the moon or sunlight, and since the moon and sun are round we end up with a circle around them. What dose it mean when there is a perfect cloud circle around the moon?
This is called a lunar halo. It is caused by ice crystals in the upper atmosphere and indicates a change in the weather.
