Why is my 1994 Toyota Paseo leaving a cloud of smoke?

What would be causing my 1994 Toyota Paseo to be leaving a plume of blueish smoke? It really only happens whenever I am coming off of a big hill, and i have it in a gear while i am going down it. Once i get to the bottom, i give it gas after stopping and there is a lot of blueish smoke coming out of my muffler. What is causing this? Why is my 1994 Toyota Paseo leaving a cloud of smoke?
blueish smoke means that your engine is burning some oil.

probably one of the seals or piston rings are bad.Why is my 1994 Toyota Paseo leaving a cloud of smoke?
The engine is burning oil.

Piston ring or valve seals.

U have to do a comprssion test. (dry and wet)

after doing a dry test first, do a wet compression test on the cylinder u found that was faulty.

which is just a tablespoon of oil (just a little bit) if the compression change for the better (to specefication) then u got bad Piston rings but if it remains the same as before u got bad valve seals and/or guides. Why is my 1994 Toyota Paseo leaving a cloud of smoke?
I had the same problem with my Toyota and Honda...that's why I will never buy another import. Consumer reports seems unreliable they say Toyota and Honda are the best, but I have had nothing but trouble with them. And the parts are crazy expensive.
